Game Design Director – Remote – UK/Europe – GBP75,000 – GBP100,000 I am working with a global gaming company who are expanding their team across the UK and Europe, they are currently going through a big recruitment push and are looking to bring in an experienced Games Design Director. In the role you will play a key role in ensuring a high quality of output across games, supporting game designers in making good decisions. As a leader, you will lead from the rear as opposed to micro–managing and you will coordinate design backlogs. In this position you will work closely with senior game designers, game designers, the analytics team and more. What you'll do as a Game Design Director: Provide workshops and consultations with game designers on projects, mentoring them and ensuring they meet high quality standards Carry out R&D surrounding trends and competitor analysis as well as creating player profiles Drive improvements through the game design department, working closely to support the senior game designers Work closely with the analytics team, identifying KPI's and tracking metrics What you'll bring as a Game Design Director: Deep understanding of game design Strong leadership skills and team management Strong understanding of the casino & video slots sector Good proficiency in English and strong communication skills Please apply now for immediate consideration
