Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Part–Remote/ Head office in London Salary: GBP60,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus Contract: Permanent, Full–Time Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week Job Purpose: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for supporting our clients defined Business Lines within a flexible resource team of Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists to deliver end to end recruitment related activity. Working in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Leads to ensure resource allocation of the TA team is shared against demand to deliver high–quality recruits against requirements and workforce plans. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is atrusted advisor to the business, ensuring recruitment best practice and legislation is adhered to. Exercising sound judgement to deliver excellent service to our candidates and Hiring Managers. Builds a strong understanding of current and future talent requirements, providing high quality market insights through a combination of networking, research and knowledge sharing. Key Tasks: Define, develop, plan & implement recruitment and attraction strategies including D&I initiatives to drive talent engagement to attract and recruit the best talent into our clients business Act a trusted advisor to the business, developing in–depth knowledge of talent, competitors and recruitment markets Strategic recruitment advisor, working collaboratively with People and Business Leadership teams to align hiring strategy to source talent against needs and priorities Actively work with Talent Manager to understand internal talent pipeline and promote opportunities across Business Lines Promotes employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent Work with TA Leads to request and allocate team resource against current and forecast hiring demands across areas of responsibility Provides weekly and monthly TA activity reports Consults with stakeholders on TA metrics providing relevant talent and market insights Accountable for all recruitment activity within given area Manages strategic, high profile, confidential and business critical role Manage 3rd party TA suppliers Ensuring reduced and effective external agency usage across Business Lines Skills: Able to work in a matrix organisation, prioritising, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders to achieve team goals. Maintain a big picture view across Business Lines whilst managing effective day to day delivery. Partners and participates actively across the TA team ensuring the sharing and implementation of best practices Inspire confidence and trust as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Stakeholder and customers engagement at all levels, both internally and externally. High level of networking and relationship management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience: TA experience in UK and EMEA Recruitment technology – ATS expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping Knowledge: In depth resourcing knowledge and awareness of current resourcing trends and innovations A passion for Diversity and Inclusion in all approaches Proven judgement and collaboration skills Knowledge and experience in the use of resourcing technologies and social networking to build diverse candidate / talent pools Consistently leading through professional behaviours, using judgement, drive and influence Role modelling great customer service and relationship management Understands commercial and financial metrics.
