Talent Recruitment are currently working with an innovative, organically grown SME who specialise in Mobile Application Development and strategy for technology providers. A newly created opening has been created with the idea of extracting the MD from a hands–on oversight of the delivery team and they are now looking for a Commercial Director/ Accounts Director to take over this role. You will be responsible for building strategic positioning with 4–5 of the company s closest clients by demonstrating the company s expertise and positioning the company within the market as expert practitioners rather than order takers whilst bringing on new clients. You will build strong, deep–rooted relationships with the clients through creation of long–term planning and fully understanding the client s vision which will be done through regular client feedback. You will be managing the delivery of the projects and ensuring that these projects are delivered on time, on budget, to the highest of standards and of course are profitable. This role will also involve responsibility of the project delivery team, managing project managers & product owners whilst also being a member of the board and influencing company strategy. The Person Must have experience within a similar role within a design and build agency and a proven track record of delivering large scale client success Be able to establish client relationships and able to gain client s trust quickly Experience of managing others and delivering large projects (4 months or more) Responsibilities Being responsible for the end–to–end management and successful completion of key projects within an account by managing and overseeing the Project Management team Interpreting client briefs and coming up with inventive and original ideas that take into account client expectations, audience, and business context alongside Product Owner Creating the project vision and communicating it effectively to the team, outlining all deliverables Regularly checking in with the agency production and strategy team to review the overall direction Create estimates and timelines ensuring timely invoicing of projects Collaborating with the senior management team to create and deliver the forecast and agency's financial objectives Pro–actively seek opportunities to add value to clients and grow the account Forecast, maintain and report on self and team performance. Line manage project management, product ownership, and delivery team functions to ensure project delivery Identify areas of opportunity and/or threats and plan proactively What s on Offer GBP65k – GBP80k dependent on experience Profit share which can be obtained through yours & your influence on company performance Hybrid/WFH (Company will be opening a London branch very soon so willing to commute to London every now and again or based in London & willing to commute to Manchester sometimes Unrivalled company benefits which includes private healthcare, wellbeing scheme gtym membership etc
