The role will involve dealing with:
- Tenancy enforcement
- Defending housing disrepair claims;
- General tenancy management / regulatory advice;
- Helping clients to manage complaints;
- Leasehold disputes
- Advising upon statutory rights
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial awareness, excellent management and communication skills and superb attention to detail.
