The Finance team is at the heart of supporting the business’s growth & profitability and therefore offers excellent opportunities for learning and career development within the team and organisation. This is predominantly a hybrid role which requires being in the office in Warrington for 5-10 days a month as needed.

As the Finance Shared Service Manager on the Finance team at Blue Prism, you will actively support our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and the Payroll functions in their day to day delivery and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll function - day to day delivery, issues resolutions, KPI Monitoring
- Work Actively to support initiatives & collaborate with local teams
- Communicate clearly and effectively to key stakeholders and build strong working relationship with them
- Provide direction and guidance to third party operations team based at various locations
- Manage relationship and maximize the level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage escalations and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure accurate and timely resolution
- Support process improvements in a sustainable manner to deliver cost effective services
- Adhoc Projects/Initiatives
- Support process transformation initiatives by collaborating with multiple business partners
- Apply project management discipline and Continuous Improvement tools to ensure high quality service delivery and to instill confidence in business partners (clients) locally
- Support change management for key stakeholders to ensure positive experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Accounts and Finance
- Demonstrated Financial Management & Leadership skills
- Excellent influencing & negotiating skills
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation and within a multicultural environment
- Team player with high level of Customer Service orientation and Integrity
- Experience of using Accounting Systems, Excel and use of best practice processes in a transaction based environment
