Senior Internal Auditor - London Market
International Insurer seeking an Operational Internal Audit professional to join the UK Internal Audit function
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, participate in audit assignments by scoping the audit work, agreeing terms of reference, carrying out the audit fieldwork, drafting and agreeing the audit report including the findings, recommendations and management responses, and following up audit actions.
This complete 360 role will see you take the lead on all operational audit activity, you will be able to demonstrate experience of conducting a full audit life cycle process (scope, plan, delivery, review, recommendation and follow up).
Due to the nature of role and size of function, ideally you will have experience from within the Insurance / London Market sector and in conducting audits across example areas such as: underwriting, claims, risk management.
Ideally you will fully qualified either from an Accountancy or Audit body perspective, based on the role requirements this will be essential to this role. CIA, IIA, MIIA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ACMA are all preferred qualifications in this instance
