Operations Finance Manager

My client, a market leading, FMCG business is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to support senior managers across multiple sites and drive a number of key projects.

This is a newly created interim role within their structure, the overall responsibility is to provide financial expertise, challenge, and support to the operation managers.

Reporting to the Finance Director and Operations Director, responsibilities will include:

• business partner - site and operations teams to help drive performance
• conduct a review of the manufacturing cost base
• lead a process to drive profit improvement programs,
• challenge of all Site Leadership teams,
• presentation of cost drivers and tracking of financial delivery, providing financial support and guidance to the operations teams
• development of capital investment business cases.

The successful candidate will be highly driven, commercially and operationally aware with demonstrable experience of Finance Business Partnering within a fast -paced FMCG/manufacturing organisation. Strong factory business partnering experience, and must know what good looks like in terms costing and yield reporting.
