You will be advising clients on a broad variety of contentious property matters such as landlord and tenant, dilapidations, the Electronic Communications Code and wider property issues including title disputes, easements and adverse possession. The Property Litigation team works closely alongside the wider Real Estate team, allowing you access to the existing client base of high-quality work.
