Financial Controller to lead Finance Control team, overseeing and preparing monthly management accounts, annual budget and regular re-forecast submissions. Working closely with Head of FP&A to understand the business, providing insight as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead and develop finance operations team of 10, with 5 direct reports
- Oversee and own production of monthly management accounts
- Play a key role in the senior finance team, providing clarity on results as required
- Produce and co-ordinate month end presentation pack for Leadership Team
- Manage and control month end balance sheet reconciliations and reporting
- Manage, control and review all overhead expenses working with department heads
- Prepare and report monthly rolling P&L forecasts
- Identify and rectify areas of weak control, implementing solutions as appropriate
- Ownership of weekly debt reporting and cash flow management
- Produce bi-weekly rolling 13-week cash forecast for submission to Group Treasury
- Oversee management of ledger control and reconciliations (accounts payable, receivable and cash)
