Finance Manager

Your new company
I am currently working with a fast growing recruitment business with a global presence. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join the business working directly with the CEO and board on oversight and management of the day to day finance operations of the business. This is a exciting business with ambitious grow plans and presents a real opportunity for career progression and development.

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Management of day to day finance operations
• Leading on month end close and monthly management accounts
• Supporting the business leaders with insightful analysis and commentary
• Streamlining of processes and driving operational efficiencies
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow modelling and capital management
• Tax, VAT PAYE returns

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with experience in the recruitment sector desirable. You will need to have strong process improvement experience and a good analytical skill set. You will need to be comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders and have a good mix of reporting and commercial finance capabilities.
