The opportunity The Junior Business Analyst will learn and understand processes/systems to assist with change through the project life cycle. You will: Ensure you grasp requirements and gather required documentation to assess the efficacy of projects in supporting the business plans Define future state architecture Assess cost–effectiveness, agility and security Coordinate between project/business stakeholders, and developers and application engineers Formulate ways for the business to improve, based on research/evidence Influence stakeholders to embrace new technology/strategies Implement new technology/systems and run workshops/training sessions The individual Naturally, you ll possess strong communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally. Knowledge of/experience in project management/systems/change delivery would offer a distinct advantage. You will show a delivery–based approach to your work and be confident seeing projects through to completion.
