HR Director (interim)

Interim HR Director 9 12 months South Wales Working with an established national business, you will work closely with the senior management team to shape & set the HR strategy for the organisation as they enter their next phase of development to meet their business objectives This will include root and branch review of current HR processes and procedures, recommending opportunities to enhance and streamline HR operations. You will also provide expert advice on a range of other Human capital strategies, such as people and culture, talent acquisition, succession planning & retention, HR systems. Core Requirements Proven ability to develop a robust HR strategy for a diverse organisation Proven track record in HR operations in–particular enhancing and scaling HR operations In–depth experience of HR and organisation best practice Leading volume recruitment and adopted innovative practices to achieve a diverse workforce Experienced with TUPE You be familiar with working with senior executives and advising them on HR strategy & operations Be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with the ability to drive change where appropriate to achieve a fit fir purpose HR strategy and structure Developing and implementing human resources policies. Supporting strategic objectives through sound HR strategy and tactics Managing a full HR team Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Managing staff wellness and performance reviews. Motivating and supporting current staff. Maintaining staff records. Handling employee benefits/ remuneration Working with operations to Identify talent needs Qualifications Degree calibre individual with Professional HR qualifications Experienced in working with a business at a senior strategic level Experience of implementing strategy at an operational and tactical level Experienced with TUPE transfer
