Our client is recognised as the market leader in Retail and Health Care Services UK Wide, they are seeking a Senior Head of eCommerce Marketing Manager to Support the development of its new stores and substantial project range and partnerships with various Retail brands.
We are currently recruiting for a Head of E–Commerce to support our business in the next stage of development and expansion with new and refitted stores, a growing product range, and exciting new partnerships with brands. The right candidate will be expected to help shape and develop the business brand and play a key role in our future success and growth. This is a very hands–on role managing a product and services–based website and overseeing all company social media and marketing strategies. Reporting directly in to the MD, you will be responsible for managing a small but efficient team to drive our e–commerce business and for increasing our online and high street presence to strengthen brand awareness.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
.Responsible for creating, developing and increasing brand awareness through multi–channel marketing campaigns and strategies
To lead and influence the way our brand is seen in the market place with the key objective of the brand being at the forefront of its sector
Working with our brand partners to develop joint campaigns
Developing strategic relationships within the retail sector
Responsibility for marketing and E commerce budgets
Managing the design and production of print based marketing materials
Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting on this
Overseeing the company's attendance at trade shows and exhibitions
Conducting competitor analysis
Overseeing our online range of footwear, accessories and orthotics
Processing orders and refunds for customers
Uploading products/promotions for all brands
Liaising with drop shipping suppliers to improve/negotiate margin, drive sales and increase our product range.
Ensuring all business and store information is accurate and up to date on the website
Devising and implementing effective brand and product promotions
Working closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams to influence stock buy decisions and product volumes
Providing regular reports on e–commerce performance to the MD and senior management team
Creating engaging social media content strategy for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and increasing our mailshot database
Overseeing customer services as first point of contact for customers
Overseeing Photoshop, Google Analytics, Wordpress, PPC are a must
Experience required;
5 + years experience in a head of E–commerce role, preferably in the retail sector
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills
Established press and media contacts
Knowledge and experience of overseeing members of staff using Adobe creative suite
Excellent proof reading skills
Able to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
A creative eye with the ability to create engaging content
Demonstrates a positive can–do attitude with fresh and innovative ideas
Remuneration:
Competitive salary 65 to 85k Plus Bonus
