The Role:

The role consists of someone who is looking to develop their skills within a friendly working environment that is widely recognised for its expertise in the real estate area. You will work within the team that is committed to a jargon-free, practical and commercial approach. More key responsibilities consist of:

• The conduct of matters on behalf of clients in accordance with detailed procedures and quality standards
• To maintain high standards in the processing of client work, both in respect of professional standards and client care
• To seek actively ways to contribute to the continuing evolution and development of the firm
• To maintain good professional working relationships with external institutions and organisations
• Ensure good working relationships with external third parties, institutions and organisations
• Take personal responsibility for keeping up to date with changes and developments in the Law

The Candidate

• Must be an NQ - 8 PQE Real Estate Solicitor
• Willingness to progress within the sector
• You will be ambitious, commercially minded and able to manage a busy work load
• You will be able to work alongside the Partners and assist the junior fee earners of the department
• Flexible and willing to go the extra mile
• Able to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
