We very pleased to announce the position of Director of Apprenticeship Operations for Captiva Learning Limited. Since 2018 Captiva Learning and the National College of Education (part of the Oceanova Group) have supported over 4,000 middle and senior leaders in schools significantly impacting the lives of teachers, pupils, and wider communities. Captiva Learning and the NCE are at the forefront of supporting schools with their leadership development across the country. We are dedicated to raising the status of the teaching profession and ensuring leaders are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to run our schools effectively. Having significant impact across the group, and working very closely with the Chief Learning Officer, the main purpose of this position is to direct and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Apprenticeship operational performance so that company performance targets (qualitative and financial) are fully realised. You will need to implement new quality standards that drive continuous improvement, maintain contractual compliance across all aspects of delivery, and of course ensure that budget requirements are met. In the role of Director of Apprenticeship Operations, you will have the ability to lead, coach and facilitate employees in implementing Total Quality Management for service excellence, as well as manage a team of cross functional staff to share good practice and develop effective tools, methods, and systems that will ensure Captiva s services are of the highest quality and are driving continuous improvement across the business. Other key duties of this role include the collation of learner and employer feedback to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, development of an annual operations cycle/year planner, plus managing the performance, training and development of your cross functional team.
