HEAD OF OPERATIONS If you have delivered or worked on large scale electrical installation projects worth up to 132kV Generation ICP then this is an excellent opportunity for you. As Head of Operations you will be able to work from home and visit sites when needed. To qualify for this role, you will need to have worked as either a Head of operations or be from another senior operations position. Head of Operations Duties: Ensure there is consistent management across the whole country in conjunction with senior managers and project managers Develop strategy for continuous improvement of Major Projects delivery capability and efficiency Manage awareness of the Groups Health and Safety policy and other relevant policies and ensure Operations Team are fully aware of any changes that impact on their roles Ensure all work is carried out in line with company Health and Safety procedures and policies Establish, develop and maintain operational management structure to meet the ongoing needs of the business Head of Operations Requirements: Existing knowledge of the electric vehicle and charging infrastructure markets and how they are evolving is essential (including an understanding of the interplay between the transport and energy sectors) A strong commercial awareness and energy and enthusiasm for growing the business Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in detail to all the key stakeholders A Strong track record of working on and delivering EV Charging projects on time Ability to manage requirements to match and exceed expectations This is an exciting role and suitable for someone who has previously worked in the Electrical installation industry as either Head of EV, Head of Operations, Operations Manager, General Manager, Operations office
