Ashley Kate are pleased to be supporting a leading Charity in their search to add an experienced HR professional to their existing HR function on a 6 month FTC basis. interim HR Business Partner GBP50k 6 month FTC East London The main area of focus will be – Manage complex ER cases alongside line managers. Build strong sustainable relationships with all key stakeholders Partner with Talent Acquisition and Line Managers to attract top talent Support Senior People Business Partners with all people–related projects for the business, including change and transformation, and annual salary review. Drive the development of a high performance culture the successful applicant will have extensive experience in handling high volume ER cases within a fast–paced environment. Experience of end–to–end management of transformation projects is also essential. The ability to consult, influence and partner with client groups are key elements of the role. This is a full–time role, with the expectation of a minimum of 2 days per week working in the office. The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience – Extensive experience at a similar level within a fast–paced technology or telecoms organisation Experience of managing change projects such as TUPE from end to end Experience of handling high volume complex ER cases, including absence management Evidence of problem solving and process improvement in a similar role
