An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior level Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading law firm at Partner level. You'll either already be a Partner or a Senior Associate looking to take that step up to partnership.

My client is a leading Legal 200 ranked firm in Bournemouth, which is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer Solicitor to join a successful department in this critical hire.

You'll be Residential Conveyancer (8+ years PQE) with management experience to supervise a team, with the technical ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion. You will be dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
