Head of Aftersales - BMW Solihull
About the role
Sytner Solihull has a very exciting opportunity for a new Head of Aftersales due to an internal transfer, following our group aim to promote from within
We are looking for an experienced Service, Aftersales Manager or a Head of Business with an strong Aftersales background to lead our large Service, Parts & Bodyshop operation.
Although not essential a history with the brand would give a candidate a strong footing in this very rewarding and prestigious role.
Our Aftersales facilities is one of the largest in the BMW Network boasting a 37 ramp workshop, State of the art Body shop and prep facilities with an industry leading Parts department.
There is huge opportunity for further growth and it is a very exciting time to be joining BMW & MINI Solihull.
If you feel you have the right attributes, experience and ambition to lead one of the largest Aftersales facilities within the BMW & MINI network we would love to hear from you.
About you
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential as well as strong technical knowledge. Ideally, you will have the ability to work in a high pressured environment and have fantastic leadership skills that can drive a team forward.
You should strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mind–set, whilst ensuring that the customer always comes first.
