SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing Worcestershire based manufacturing business who are looking for a talented Financial Controller to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join the business as they move on to the next stage in their rapid growth. Reporting into a very experienced CFO, you will be responsible for all accounting matters for the business, working with non–finance colleagues in quality, sales and marketing to ensure that finance is an integral part of the business as it grows. You will be looking after a team of 3 (a Management Accountant and two transactional colleagues) so you will need to have had experience in running a team, being responsible for their development in the business. To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will ideally have had experience in a manufacturing setting.
