Description
The key responsibilities for the Head of Customer Service Role are centred around developing and taking the Customer Service operation to the next level. The responsibilities will be shaped by you and rely on your expertise to–drive success and process improvement.
– Manage cross disciplinary teams and drive forward their success
– Work cross–functionally to ensure Customer Experience is at the heart of what the company do
– Own talent development and drive a high performance culture
– Manage the KPI and SLA Process
– Process improvement, implementation and growth.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Head of Customer Service will need to come from an Financial Services firm and FCA background and understand regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will also have managed Collections and Complaints teams and be confident to drive and grow this team.
If you are passionate about Customer Service and experience, interested in the use of technology to improves processes and understand the important procedures of working in an FCA regulated firm that will be great!
