5 days a week on site in London
HR Director required by global Clinical research firm
A global Clinical Research firm currently requires a HR Director to head up the HR team in the UK, with wider responsibilities for the EMEA HR team.
Upon joining, the HR Director will advise management and employees in line with company polices & procedures as well as partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment strategies are delivering the correct results. The HR Director will manage a team and will have oversight of the UK, France, Spain, Germany and other EU countries.
In terms of skills, we are looking for HR Directors who have solid HR leadership experience as well as solid HR Business Partnering exposure. Any experience of having worked in Pharmaceuticals/Biotechnology/Clinical Research/Medical Devices/Healthcare would also be great to have.
