Looking for a new Interim Property role in the East Midlands?
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority who require 2x Interim Estates Surveyors on an initial 3–6 month contract.
The first surveyor will go into their Commercial team, where the focus is to reduce the backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals. The backlog has built up since the pandemic, and their permanent recruitment freeze!
The second surveyor will go into the Corporate team, which is slightly more strategic and political. Here, you'll be working on CPOs and Community Asset Transfers.
Both Surveyor positions are on hybrid working arrangement, where you complete site inspections at your discretion. The team meetings are mostly on Teams/Zoom, and if you're required in the office you'll be given plenty of warning.
MRICS is essential for this role. Previous Local Authority experience is required as well. You need to be able to hit the ground running.
