Business Development Manager Cheltenham Hybrid working available Full time GBP25,000–GBP30,000 D.O.E + Company bonus scheme GBP500 per month/GBP6,000 per annum (based on monthly sales performance) + Open–ended commission scheme (10% on all sales generated) Acquirz is a successful B2B data solutions and lead generation provider looking for a Business Development Manager to join their busy, growing team based in Cheltenham. A core element of our business is running email campaigns on behalf our clients and the key focus of the Business Development Manager role is to open up new business opportunities for the 2x Directors to engage with. Book outbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social, networking and independent research Engage with prospects and articulate the product in an effective manner (predominantly Marketing, Sales C–suite and Company Directors) Generate and manage a sales pipeline Work in conjunction with the 2x Directors to convert opportunities created into sales qualified leads Maintain a positive mind–set irrespective of any challenging situations Continue to create opportunities for new business Achieving and exceeding commercial targets and KPI targets as necessary Use of CRM to create and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline Any other duties to help support the business We like to speak to every application, but due to the current climate, this is not always possible.
