Morgan Philips are working with a technology brand who are searching for an Interim Recruitment Partner to join them for 6 months on an interim basis paying up to GBP450 per day inside. This role will solely support the transformation of their HR function across both EMEA and the US so experience recruiting to a senior level in this area is a necessity for this role.The role of Recruitment Partner will be a 360 role managing the end to end process from engaging and consulting with stakeholders through to offer. You will need to be fast in your approach leaving no stone unturned whilst recruiting directly. You will ideally come with a strong HR network which you can draw upon and should have strong skills in LinkedIn and using ATS. This is a very large global company who can support you in this project from a technology and admin perspective.The successful candidate will have a strong background recruiting HR roles at all levels in house. Agency experience only will not be considered for this role. You will need to have demonstrable direct sourcing experience throughout EMEA and the US, and should be all about delivery. This will be a fast paced role so the Recruitment Partner will need to be comfortable delivering at pace.
