This highly regarded Tier 1 Banking and Finance team is expanding. The Banking team operates on a national basis but this specific role is within the Southampton office.
The team are well known for providing first-class advice to banks, non-traditional lenders, borrower clients, public sector bodies and dealing with a wider range of financing transactions. The client base within the team are FTSE 250 list clients with a national and international reach.
The team is looking for a Solicitor with Banking experience and strong transactional experience. Your case load would include high value complex transactions, (domestic and international) financings and re-financing matters. The work is varied and so no two days would ever look the same.
You would be responsible for your own case load but would also work closely with the partner within the Southampton office. The ideal candidate will show impressive attention to detail and a commercial outlook.
