We are recruiting for a leading Consultancy firm looking to hire a Consultant to provide technical expertise on regulatory requirements relating to payment services in line with FCA requirements. This is a great opportunity to join a continually expanding consultancy business.

Main Responsibilities
- Assess and oversee client's performance against their Compliance Monitoring Program ensuring activities adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
- Carry out periodic analysis of risks by ensuring risk assessments are undertaken for business units and products in line with FCA requirements
- Develop and maintain a professional network
- Facilitate the provision of regulatory updates to clients on topics relating to payment service regulations
- Organise the creation of compliance documentation including manuals and suitable frameworks to suit each client's business as it develops
- Provide support on FCA notifications and reporting including the online notifications and applications system and the full suite of returns for Payment Service Provider Firms
- Review all compliance documentation and develop/maintain policies and procedures in line with regulations
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a role gained working in a payment services environment
- Ability to manage own time effectively and organise competing priorities
- Knowledge of FCA & EU regulatory frameworks, institutions and internal operating structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
