Interim Project Manager (Estates / Capital) Education Yorkshire 6 months (likely to be extended) Flexible hybrid working pattern PAYE – Circa GBP250 – GBP300 Per Day + 12.07% Holiday Pay About the client On behalf of a leading University, MRG Interim Executives are currently recruiting an Interim Project Manager to deliver a range of capital projects across the University s diverse estate. Background Working within the estates team, accountabilities will include: – Delivery of a range of projects including refurbishment, maintenance, fit–out and new–build Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards Provision of a programming of works Management of the technical elements of the capital projects Provide leadership to project delivery teams Work closely with external consultants and contractors Managing relationships with key stakeholders Candidate Requirements Client–side project management background Proven experience delivering construction/development programmes including refurbishments, maintenance, fit–outs and new builds Ideally you will have worked within a University setting or similar Strong leadership skills Able to manage external consultants and contractors Experience gained in technically challenging environments such as labs, science blocks (or similar) What to do now For a confidential discussion, please contact the retained recruitment advisor handling this assignment Edward Kaye of The Management Recruitment Group on (phone number removed).
