Position– Head of Construction Location – Midlands Salary – CIRCA GBP75k + Bonus and Car allowance Are you a Senior Construction Manager from the client side within retail? Would you like the opportunity to work for a successful main contractor? They have ambitious plans and are looking for a HOC to join their senior leadership team and help deliver these plans. We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Construction to join our client, a reputable main contractor who have been operating for over 20 years and turn over in excess of GBP35 million. They work across a number of sectors, with dedicated national teams experienced in producing high quality outcomes for Retail, Commercial & Finance, Public & Government, Leisure & Hospitality. Their teams work to provide first class refurbishments and fit outs in offices, shops, staff rooms, restaurants and more across the UK. The role will be an integral part to their growth plans over the next few years, you work with their MD and Divisional director to onboard and manage sub–contractors as well as work on a strategic plan for future projects. Our client is looking for a solid senior manager with expertise within client side, interior projects, who has ambitions to move into a director position within the next few years.
