Business Change Manager 6 Month Contract GBP450.00 per day Umbrella Hybrid London About the role: Through collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders and adopting key change management principles, the Change Manager will support the delivery of change to the university community Change and Improvement will be at the heart of building this portfolio, working to support the new strategic objectives and improve professional services. By providing leadership, support and hands on help we will be ensuring the delivery of fit for purpose solutions that drive value to all our users What you will be doing: Facilitate high quality detailed change impact assessments with relevant stakeholders. Develop change management strategies for projects or programmes, informed by change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis. Articulate change benefits for stakeholder groups. Define and deliver change management strategies and associated activities, including benefit realisation. Liaise with fellow change professionals to ensure alignment of change management solutions. Transition training, change and communications materials to the business teams and BAU post go–live to ensure that the change is sustained, and benefits realised What we are looking for in you: Understanding of business change management principles and processes Experience of planning and delivering change management activities to support adoption of behavioural and cultural change in complex organisations. Experience of working on multiple concurrent projects or activities with strong prioritisation skills.
