Property Litigation Solicitor - London

A new role has opened up for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing and successful firm in London, based in the heart of the West End.

This is a firm which has an outstanding reputation for its work in the property sector, acting for well-known clients such as corporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors and developers, along with high end residential clients from the UK and overseas.

The work will focus on property litigation including:
  • Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Possession Claims - residential and commercial property
  • Rent recovery
  • Claims for disrepair
  • Breaches of covenant
  • Service charge recovery, disputes, challenges and consultations
  • Eviction proceedings
  • Forfeiture
Whilst primarily focusing on property disputes, for the right candidate there will be the opportunity to work on commercial litigation cases too, such as commercial and contract disputes, partnership disputes, defamation, insolvency and debt recovery.

The role would suit candidates with the following experience and attributes:
  • 2+ years PQE
  • Extensive Property litigation experience
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team
