Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, the role will include the following duties: Preparing monthly profit and loss reports for your designated division including detailed variance reporting and narrative Identifying risks or margin fluctuations and driving cost saving initiatives Analysing internal and external data and information to identify business opportunities Provide insight in order to be able to drive business decisions Ensure reporting produced is easy to interpret and goal–driven for continued growth Providing requested ad hoc data / performance analysis as required Assist with annual budget preparation for your division Partner with Operational Management team, supporting long term initiatives and driving performanceThe ideal candidate will: Part of Fully Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA Accountant Solid commercial or operational finance experience in a fast–paced business, ideally in a business partnering role Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely across finance and non–finance teams Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Flexible, dynamic individual, able to manage own workload and changing demandsIn return: The opportunity to be a key player in the business and implement new systems and procedures You will work in a team focused environment within a fast–growing business An excellent package and a good chance that you will be able to growIf you are interested in finding out about this exciting Finance Business Partner opportunity, please click apply now .
