Permanent Head of Housing Finance role based in Chippenham
Your new company
You will be working for a large national housing association based in the Chippenham.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the rents and service charge team, implementing controls, and assisting in running the team's day to day performance. You will have 2 direct reports and be responsible for writing and updating policies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have an existing background within a housing association and looking for the next step or challenge in your career. Up-to-date knowledge of the legal understanding behind rent and service charges will be essential as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
