Head of Engineering – Northamptonshire GBP100k plus package This privately owned successful branded FMCG business has big ambitions for the future and is prepared to invest to realise those ambitions. This newly created role will report into the Operations Director and will lead the engineering function through a period of change and transformation. This isn t a status quo scenario, we need an inspirational leader who can create a high performing team, driving cultural change. You ll develop a robust engineering strategy to enable the business to deliver the growth ambitions as well as take full ownership of a large engineering budget and team of people. We require a technical engineering leader who has experience within the food/FMCG sector. You will have a track record of success in a similar role, preferably with a strong facilities background (including effluent plants). On offer is a chance to help the business grow and transform.
