Project Financial Controller

Macildowie are working with a leading European industrial Group, who are based in Ilkeston, to recruit for an Interim Project Financial Controller.

A little bit about the role:

• Working with the QS to ensure all Financial KPIs can be appropriately captured
• Management of the project's bank accounts
• Production of all monthly, weekly and daily reporting requirements
• Coordination and preparation of the Annual Project Operating Budget
• Leading in the standardisation and simplification of all accounting and reporting systems

What we are looking for:

• Ideally a candidate with experience working in the Railway sector
• Multiple years' experience with financial project management
• Sound confidence and competence in key stakeholder management
• Have a solid understanding of revenue recognition for projects in line with IFRS15
• Highly Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working on long term contracts
