We are offering an exciting Partner and Alliances Manager role in a SaaS Software company that provides HR, Payroll and Recruitment (Applicant Tracking) software solutions that are built on the Force (Salesforce) plaform. Home based with UK wide meetings. Successful, fast growing company providing the opportunity to make this role your own, work with motivated and sociable sales, marketing, product and support teams, reporting in at senior level in the organisation. Around GBP65k base, GBP45k uncapped OTE .
We are looking for a self starter with a 'can do' attitude who can work autonomously and who will benefit from the support of leadership and colleagues across the business. You will ideally be an experienced Partner and Alliances Manager or Channel Sales manager, or may be a strong account executive interested in moving to a Partner and Alliances Manager role. Experience with the Salesforce Partner eco system would be ideal. Any familiarity with HR or Payroll software is a plus. The overall objective of the role is to work with partners to generate license revenues for this SaaS software company with products built on the Salesforce platform.
In this Partner and Alliances manager role you will:
- be the main point of contact with and manage relationships with existing and new partners with the goal of making them successful in driving license revenue for your business
- identify, recruit, evaluate, onboard and manage new partner organisations, including VARs, Referral and Implementation partners
- enable partners' sales success including owning and driving partner lead generation, sales pipeline and revenue performance
- work with colleagues in other teams in your company including marketing, product, professional service and support to enable, educate, motivate and support partners to take the SaaS solutions to market
- communicate with partners regarding company strategy, software roadmap and releases
- support sales activities such as webinars and roadshows, assist in contract negotiation, customer meetings and software demonstrations
- Travel UK wide and possibly internationally on occasion to work with partners and colleagues
You must have:
- prior experience in a Partner and Alliance Manager role, Channel Sales role or similar or alternatively strong Account Management expertise with a demonstrable interest in moving into Partner Management
- experience in a SaaS software company, in a partner manager, sales or commercial account manager role
You will also ideally have
- experience of the Salesforce partner ecosystem or with sales of software that has been built on the Force platform (the underlying development platform of Salesforce)
- sold SaaS software solutions for HR, Recruitment or Payroll
