Our globally, well–respected client has a permanent position for an Executive Programme Manager to take responsibility for the effective management of their Flagship executive programmes. Supported by a small team of 3 you will deliver a customer–focused, fully integrated, cost–effective, and progressive service in support of Project Leadership Programme (PLP). Reporting to the PLP Director you will contribute to the programme development and will be responsible for building and maintaining relations with key clients whilst also ensuring all events are delivered on time, to a high standard and are aligned to key contract deliverables. There is some potential for hybrid working, however you will need to be office based while the programme is running. You will be responsible for: Programme management Logistical support Problem solving Client liaison Requirements With a prior experience of working in programme management you will be able to demonstrate a track record of devising and delivering relevant, well planned, engaging and innovative events. You will have significant and relevant work experience in client facing roles and will also be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and manage a team. You will need to be tenacious, resilient and be a completer/finisher. Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint you will also be experienced in using large customer contact databases and working with web software. Professional, credible with a passion for delivering excellent customer service you will also be able to demonstrate you are able to work with a high level of accuracy to deliver programmes on time and to the standards required.
