Associate Project Manager

Our client is a very busy, traditional PQS practice based in the heart of London s west end, they re seeking to appoint an Associate grade Project Manager as a result of a consistently developing workload. They re reputation amongst clients and other external partners is exceptional, it underlines why they boast a huge retention of repeat business. Consequently, they re only wanting to engage with proven PM consultants, from UK private practice, to manage large investor, institutional & private owner projects to cGBP180m. Projects are generally within the M25. Our clients recruiting history is excellent, their style is such that they systematically clear the fog for talented PM's stuck in their positions / practices particularly those held back and whom are wanting to reach the highest level. The business is well supported at this level too and our client is ready and willing to give an opportunity to prove worthy of Director level status. In principle, candidates must demonstrate a full commercial building project management history, including leadership from inception to completion, managing internal & external teams. Project histories must be based within the UK. It's anticipated that the successful person will have a good mix of new build, refurb & fit out experience and whom can manage clients and their expectations through all stages of a project. Salary to cGBP90,000 + benefits include private healthcare & 25 days annual leave. (Base salary dependent on experience) At mjhr it s simple.
