Head of Strategic Partnerships

WE Talent are working with a leading wholesaler in Essex who are recruiting for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to join their senior leadership team.

This role is pivotal in the continued forecasted growth of the business and reporting directly to the CEO you will be instrumental in leading this.

Responsibilities

• Managing and nurture existing partner relationships
• Focus on new business development to identify and develop new partnerships
• Driving all aspects of the commercial and operational partnerships to maximise growth
• Taking feedback and using this to lead on product development initiatives

Requirements

• Proven strategic sales experience at executive and director level
• Water sector experience is desired either for a wholesaler/retailer or experience in selling into those markets
• Highly numerate able to operate with a strong commercial focus
• An innovative mindset able to generate solutions to partner problems

This is a client with an industry leading presence who are going from strength to strength.

This role offers hybrid working but the client would like presence on site in Essex twice a month. You should consider this a fairly field based role, using your own autonomy to decide the best approach for your clients.
