Litigation Solicitor
Barnsley
A long established, forward thinking, Barnsley based firm are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to undertake civil litigation work.
A recently qualified solicitor would suit well, there would be a view to have support around the role so as the successful candidate you can have the best chance to succeed.
You will be working across contract disputes, company and partnership disputes, neighbour and boundary disputes, landlord and tenant issues, contentious probate including inheritance act claims, but to name a few.
A more experienced applicant would of course be considered, with the role altered to give more autonomy.
