Chief Operation Officer – Recruitment Senior analytic and strategic operations role within HR GO Recruitment. This new, senior, board level role will assume the continuous improvement of business systems, processes and procedures that has seen HR GO recruitment develop into one of the most efficient, organised and respected National recruitment organisations. As COO, you are responsible for the delivery and execution of our business strategy and for our complete value chain. You will play a part in shaping and delivering strategic goals as a member of the Board. In executing our business strategy, you will break down our strategic objectives and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to create and implement processes and systems. You will drive the benefits of process and systems throughout HR GO Recruitment. You will draw on your expertise in continuous improvement to seek improvements in all processes. You will collect feedback from candidates, clients, and our internal teams, and consider what improvements could be made to systems and processes to further improve customer experience and achieve our strategic goals. In delivering value to our customers, you will be involved in implementing, troubleshooting, and helping fulfil customer requirements nationally. You will travel all over the country to each of our branches and major customers, to identify, understand and improve business processes. Your focus will be on service delivery, improvement, and value creation, rather than account management. You will focus on fulfilment of our customers' requirements: identifying customers for which we are not meeting our commitments; working together with account, branch and regional managers to design improvements to processes; working with the candidate attraction team to make sure the supply side of our operations is performing optimally; identifying and smoothing areas of friction in the candidate attraction and registration process. You will use various methods and tools to identify, diagnose and improve operational systems and processes across the business. Examples might include tools from 'Six Sigma', 'Lean' or 'Kaizen'. You will facilitate the design and improvement of key processes. Taking your in–depth understanding of our customers and value chain, you will contribute to creating new streams of revenue for HR GO Recruitment through product or service creation/expansion. A key strategic objective of HR GO Recruitment is to develop competitive advantage through technology. As COO you will play a critical part in our digital transformation by contributing 'the voice of operations' and 'the voice of the customer' to the design of these products. You will then work collaboratively to launch products into the market with the Chief Executive Officer, CSMO and Product Manager.
