Finatal are working with an international cloud–based SaaS firm headquartered in Central London who have recently been invested in by a large cap Private Equity fund. With plans to scale organically and through M&A, the B2B firm are seeking an ambitious CFO to help leverage their growth strategy and further quadruple their current turnover of GBP18m by the time of their exit in 3–4 years. Furthermore, with a 30% EBITDA and large clientele of Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies, the firm are seeking an experienced CFO to help in delivering value as it enters a phase of rapid growth. This is an excellent opportunity to be a supportive member of the Board and executive team whilst playing a pivotal role in the firm's strategy and success.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of SaaS KPI's and Metrics whilst also having a background in private equity leveraged environments. In addition to this, the incoming CFO will be key in identifying and delivering the firm's commercial and process improvements whilst further evaluating their opportunities and risks. Moreover, a highly knowledgeable and experienced FC will be reporting to the successful candidate to help in providing key financial results and period reporting to senior stakeholders.

• Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Implement key SaaS metrics around ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn
• Worked alongside PE/VC in a growth setting
• Strong leadership skills
• Led a successful secondary buyout or exit to trade
