Job title: Business Analyst Location – Birmingham (Hybrid)Duration: 6 months (Rolling contract)My high–profile client are recruiting for Senior Business Anlayst. The role is a Hybrid role which will require the candidate to work on site 2 days a week and 3 days from home, working normal office hours. The role will be an initial 6 month contracting position with the potential to extend.This is a senior BA role, so the ideal candidate will require 3–4 years experience. The senior BA must understand doc requirements and formula driven calculations. The ideal candidate must also possess wealth management experience. About the role / the team:This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join the team who will be responsible for all aspects of assigned projects.Projects may be focused on: Delivery of new Client onboardings projects to the production environment, including project reporting and engagement with clients, IT and internal stakeholders. The development of new or upgraded products and services; Internal information system–specific projects that may involve the development or enhancement of internal applications, technology integration, and/or infrastructure environment build–out; Delivery by service teams for outsourced solutions to external clients; or Delivery of new or enhanced products and/or services to improve customer satisfaction through the use of technology, which may include customizations to base products to meet client requirements, system integration with other third–party products or consulting projects and engagements.What you will be doing / Key Responsibilities: Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed. May manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks, and track and review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, if appropriate for the project. Delivers informational and decision–seeking presentations to technical and business groups in the company and/or in client organizations. Serves as liaison between technical and non–technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor/subcontractor organizations, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met. Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post–implementation review to identify areas of improvement. Identifies project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions. Some travel may be required.
