Job Title: International HR Business Partner Location: London / hybrid Salary: up to GBP55,000 (12 month FTC) A very exciting opportunity to work for a large retail brand as their 12 month FTC HR Business Partner. Please note you must come from a retail background and have some international experience in order for your application to be successful. Responsibilities: Working closely with the Group HR Director and Heads of HR within the company to achieve relevant alignment to the Group s HR strategy. Driving projects throughout the business gaining support and buy–in, with the ability to change priorities and direction in order to meet business needs whilst driving continuous improvement. Reviewing on a regular basis relevant People related policies and procedures that support the delivery of the business' objectives and ensure compliance with current and future legislation in each market. Proactively working on new legislation, ensuring timely and effective communication and implementation of new regulations ensuring compliance at all times.
