Financial Controller to join a PE-backed MedTech business

Marks Sattin Executive Search is seeking an ambitious Financial Controller to join a PE–backed MedTech business based in Central London. This is a great opportunity to lead the finance function of a growing business and contribute to its continued international success.

Working alongside the CFO, you will ensure the successful running of the finance function, and lead constant improvements to its financial systems, processes, and controls. This will ensure all financial forecasts and analysis, including monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, adhere to the highest standards for key stakeholders. You will contribute to the continued expansion of the business into international markets, working with the senior leadership team to integrate acquisitions and their finance functions.

Experience working in an international business will contribute to an ambitious growth strategy, where strong relationships with global business partners, investors, and banks champion a culture passionate about global growth and profit.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience working as an FC, preferably in a PE–backed business.
• Knowledge of working in an international business
• Technical accounting expertise and strong system skills
• Exposure to a broad remit of financial responsibilities in a similar role in an SME environment
