Alexander Lloyd are please to be partnering with this growing financial service organisation on the recruitment of a Head of HR Operations to provide strategic direction and leadership for the HR Operations team, in addition to overseeing Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Employee Relations and HR Projects. You will also have oversight and management of an outsourced provider who deliver aspects of the HR Operations, ER and Recruitment services.

• Responsible for development of the HR Operations strategy and efficient delivery of HR services to the business (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, ER, MI & Data)
• Contribution as part of the HR leadership team to the HR strategy, and leadership of the wider HR team
• Responsible for the relationships with the outsourced contracts and monitoring the third party SLAs
• Accountable for the HRIS roadmap, data strategy and further development of KPIs
• Accountable for execution of the Talent Acquisition strategy (early careers and experienced hires) via the in house and out sourced resources
• Accountable for the Employee Relations service to the business and HR team and responsible for upskilling both parties supporting the organisational culture

Having previously worked within Financial Services (or similar regulated environment), you will be an experienced HR Operations or Shared Services professional. You will have previously run teams in the HR Operations area, and ideally have had some generalist HR exposure to employee relations and talent acquisition. A High level of employment law and relevant regulatory experience is key, as is a detailed knowledge of HR processes and systems.

A competitive salary of GBP90–100k plus generous benefits are available, as is the chance to work on some interesting and large scale change projects within the HR Operations arena.
