Position

We are just about to add a new US division to our successful international IT recruitment business and having prepared the ground and planning great things from this new area, we are fully investing in this exciting new proposition. To get this off the ground and maximise early growth, we are looking for an energetic, passionate Team Lead with US IT market experience or an individual with a keen interest to work within the USA market having seen colleagues achieve great success and looking for the opportunity to lead, inspire and take a team forward.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director this role comes with a great deal of autonomy and the scope for the successful candidate to really drive the ongoing strategy, focusing on recruiting, developing and progressing a team to reach ambitious goals.

Going forward there will be the continued opportunity to work alongside the senior leadership team as they continue to drive service excellence and continuous growth across the business. With ongoing learning and development opportunities and a clear career path to a "Head of division" position this role will ideally suit a team leader looking for a step up.

Requirements

Who will this role suit?

  • An established Team Lead looking for their next career move
  • Previous experience gained within the IT recruitment sector within the US market is desirable however an experienced IT Team Lead who is passionate about moving into the US market will also be considered
  • Strong demonstrable Business Development experience
  • The ability to be "hands on" and lead from the front
  • Previous success of leading and developing a team to achieve high levels of service, KPI s and sales targets
  • A driven, focused individual with strong negotiation skills, yet possesses the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • A self–starter, that has ambitions for personal growth and development
