The role: The Associates in our business are the bedrock of our success. Reporting to one of our Heads of Interim Management and working with an experienced team of Managers and Consultants you will be working to help fill live mandates. You ll be required to manage candidate portfolios, interview new applicants, highlight suitable candidates for roles, and ensure all their details are updated. You ll then be responsible for keeping in contact with them and making them aware of suitable opportunities that might be of interest. As you build your knowledge and experience and become a subject matter expert, you ll consult with them and provide help and advice on the job market, employer insights, CVs and interviews. As an Associate, after you ve gained valuable industry and recruitment insights and experience, you ll have the opportunity to progress your career into a Recruitment Consultant role where you ll work in collaboration with clients, taking responsibility for your own mandates within the practice. Or, you can work towards an Account Management or delivery–focused role. Either way, we ll give you the training, tools, and experience so that you can carry on our tradition of success. What we re looking for: As an Associate, we aren t looking for you to have any prior recruitment experience. What we are looking for is someone with the right attitudes and behaviours. Our current Associates were able to demonstrate their tenacity, commitment, and dedication. They had the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively – and above all else – a willingness to learn and be coached. What you ll get from us: We want you to be successful. So, we ll give you all the training and tools you need to carry out your role to the best of your ability including a laptop and iPhone. We ll give you the opportunity to work with a team of experienced Consultants and Managers that will help you learn on the job and accelerate your learning. We ll give you access to our offices in Winchester and Whiteley and hybrid working once you ve completed your training and probation. At that point, you ll earn performance bonuses when you successfully introduce candidates that are appointed by our clients. You ll get 25 days holiday which increases yearly and regular social functions and incentives. After 6 months you ll get private healthcare. Talking of which, sport is in our DNA, so we ll encourage you to be active and take time away from your desk to run, stretch, walk and be active because it s good for you and your wellbeing
