The opportunity;We are delighted to be supporting our client, a large public sector organisation with sites across the UK, with the recruitment of an Interim Senior HR Business Partner. This is a strategic role, proactively working with business leaders to ensure the People strategy is fully aligned to the organisation's goals. This Interim Senior HR Business Partner position is an interim role for c.6 months.Key elements of the role include;
  • working with business leaders to design and implement capability and engagement plans
  • partnering with the leadership teams on all organisational design and development activities
  • support the implementation of a new pay and grading framework
  • collaborate with the wider people team to champion change and ensure all change initiatives have the desired impact
  • identify people risks and support the business through expert advice and guidance
  • utilise data and metrics for decision making
Based in Newcastle or Leeds, this role offers hybrid working.What we are looking for;Qualified to CIPD Level 7 with extensive experience gained as a Senior HR Business Partner, you will have strong change management experience and enjoy working in a continually changing environment. You will have a demonstrable track record of leading change in a large and complex environment. Experience of implementing new pay and grading frameworks would be highly advantageous.
