About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Organisational Development to join the People Team. This is a critical role in supporting our business in delivering our strategic plan. Our business has grown extensively in recent years and this is an exciting time to join as we continue this trajectory and ensure our teams have the skills they need and the culture to be successful.

Our focus on People is an integral part of our business and the successful candidate will lead our agenda on Leadership Development, Learning and Skills, Inclusion and Diversity, Early Talent and Employee wellbeing. You will play a key role in influencing and engaging key stakeholders on these areas so that the benefits are widely understood.

You will work closely with the Senior People team in design and implementation of people change initiatives and report on progress at C–Suite level. Those applying will be keen to combine strategic thinking and organisational planning with proven experience delivering at a tactical level – you will do both. You will lead a small and close team with a very broad remit so enjoying working in an environment where things change quickly is imperative. You will work right across our business so should be as comfortable presenting to Executives as you are working with the Early Talent population.

This is a rare opportunity to operate in a growing business and to meaningfully contribute to our organisation s development. In return you will be offered a highly competitive package, generous annual leave, flexible working and vast opportunities for personal development. This role will require some UK wide travel and a Driver s license. Location of the role can be flexible, however, please note that living within commutable distance of one of our offices would be preferred.

About You

The successful candidate will bring extensive knowledge of Organisational Development theory and practice and be able to translate this onto relatable objectives for our company, showing measurable impact. You will ideally be MCIPD qualified and hold an Executive Coaching qualification as well as extensive knowledge of learning and skills practices. You will operate autonomously in a team with a high degree of trust and have a real opportunity to deliver on work which is meaningful to our future. We work in a flexible way that allows you to balance your own life with our business and team needs and your performance will be reviewed in terms of the outcomes you produce.

Please be aware that if you are invited to interview for this role, you will be required to show proof of your right to work in the UK.
